§ 2241 County Election Cost Claims

Any claim submitted to the Controller pursuant to this article shall state that the county had reimbursable costs and the number of registered voters in the county as determined by the Secretary of State under subdivisions (c) and (d) of Section 2187. The claims shall be made to the Controller by October 31 of the even-numbered year in which a direct primary and general election are held. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
