§ 2189 Polling Place Voter Rosters

• •Before any election, the county must give each polling place a list of voters.
• •The list can be on paper or a computer.
• •The list should have names of people who can't vote anymore crossed out.
• •The list must be updated with any new voters.

Before a big election, your local school is used as a polling place.

The county must give the school a list of all the people in your area who can vote. If someone on the list moved away or can't vote anymore, their name will be crossed out. If new people registered to vote, their names will be added to the list.
