§ 15376 Election Results To Parties

• •A duplicate (copy) of the certified vote results must be sent.
• •It goes to the chairperson of each party’s county central committee.
• •The duty is performed by the elections official after the results are certified.

After the November election, the county clerk sends a copy of the certified vote count to the chair of the local Democratic committee and to the chair of the local Republican committee.

The clerk follows the law by delivering the duplicate vote report to each party’s county chair so they have the official numbers.
