Key Takeaways

  • •Ballots must list the title of every office being voted on.
  • •Ballots must list the names of all qualified candidates, except for delegates and presidential electors, which have special labeling rules.
  • •Ballots must include the titles and short summaries of any measures or proposals that voters will decide on.
