This law says the person who runs elections in a county, city or district must give out ballots and put the names of every candidate who has been officially approved on them.

Key Takeaways

  • •The election official must provide the ballots for any election they oversee.
  • •Every candidate whose name has been officially certified must appear on the ballot.
  • •The rule applies to counties, cities, and districts.
