§ 10527 Landowner District Ballot Preparation

• •The county elections official is in charge of preparing the ballots.
• •Ballots must be ready at least 20 days before the election date.
• •Every landowner voting district that will vote must get enough ballots.

A county has three landowner voting districts and the next general district election is set for November 5.

The county elections official has to make sure all the ballots for voters in those three districts are printed and ready by October 16 (which is 20 days before the election).
