§ 94857 Postsecondary Education Definition

“Postsecondary education” means a formal institutional educational program whose instruction is designed primarily for students who have completed or terminated their secondary education or are beyond the compulsory age of secondary education, including programs whose purpose is academic, vocational, or continuing professional education. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 552, Sec. 3. (SB 802) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, pursuant to Section 94950.)
