§ 92951 Uc Campus Foundation Definitions

Key Takeaways

  • •This law defines what a 'UC campus foundation' is. It's a special group that helps UC schools like UCLA or UC Berkeley.
  • •It also explains what 'identifiable writing' means. This includes anything written, typed, printed, or even sent by email or fax.
  • •The law is about keeping records clear and making sure everyone knows what these terms mean.

Example

If you send an email to the UCLA Foundation to donate money, that email is considered 'identifiable writing'.

The law says that any writing, even emails, count as important records. So, your email to the foundation is kept as a record.
