§ 92518 Bondholder Rights Protection Clause

An indenture may include a clause relating to the bonds issued pursuant to the indenture requiring the regents to preserve and protect the security of the bonds and the rights of the holders of the bonds and to warrant and defend such rights. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
