§ 92438 Regents Property Disposal Authority

The regents may sell, lease, convey, or otherwise dispose of any of its rights, interest, or properties, subject to any contractual obligation which may be entered into by the regents with respect to the issuance of revenue bonds. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
