§ 92100 University Fund Withdrawal Authority

Key Takeaways

  • •The University of California can take out money given to them by the state at any time.
  • •This money is for special things, not the usual money they get every year.
  • •The people in charge of the university decide when to take the money out.

Example

The state gives the university $1 million to build a new science lab.

The university can take all that $1 million out of the state's bank whenever they want to start building the lab.
