§ 89401 Campus Child Development Centers

The trustees and any other public or private nonprofit agency may contract with the Department of Education to establish and maintain such campus childdevelopment centers. Such operating agencies may accept student fees, parent fees, and private funds to operate child development centers and may be reimbursed for eligible costs pursuant to Sections 16708 and 16780. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
