§ 84904 Adult Education Consortium Approval

Key Takeaways

  • •The state picks one group in each area to handle adult education.
  • •These groups get money to plan and start adult education programs.
  • •The groups that already got money before are still okay to use.

Example

A town wants to offer free classes for adults to learn English or get a high school diploma.

The state will choose one group in that town to run these classes and give them money to do it. If there was already a group doing this before, they can keep doing it.
