§ 8230 Child Care Funding Oversight

The department shall develop and coordinate resources, provide technical assistance, monitor program implementation, generate maximum federal reimbursement wherever possible for the federally eligible children, and facilitate alternative funding for those children for whom federal funds are not available. (Added by renumbering Section 8260 by Stats. 2021, Ch. 116, Sec. 63. (AB 131) Effective July 23, 2021.)
