§ 74130 High School District Inclusion

• •This rule is only for when a high school or a school district wants to join a nearby community college district.
• •The high school or school district must be right next to the community college district.
• •The high school or school district must not already be part of any other community college district.

A high school is next to a community college district but is not part of any community college district.

If the high school wants to join the nearby community college district, this rule explains how they can ask to be included.
