§ 69615 Teacher Agreement Administration Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •A group (the commission) is in charge of making rules for a program that helps people become teachers.
  • •The rules will cover things like how long agreements last, what happens if someone doesn’t finish the program, and how to plan for money.
  • •The commission must ask for advice from schools, teachers, and other education groups before making these rules.

Example

A person signs up for a program to become a teacher but drops out after two years.

The commission’s rules will decide what happens next, like if they have to pay back money or if their spot can go to someone else.
