§ 66026 Higher Education Report Delivery

Key Takeaways

  • •Big California schools (like UC, Cal State, and community colleges) must send their reports to certain groups in the government.
  • •These reports usually go to money and education groups in the Senate and Assembly, the Governor, and the Department of Finance.
  • •The reports can be sent as PDFs or similar computer files unless told otherwise.

Example

The University of California writes a report about how they spent money last year.

Instead of just sending it to one person, they have to send it to the Senate and Assembly groups that handle money and education, the Governor, and the Department of Finance. They can email it as a PDF.
