§ 44226 Commission Funding Acceptance Rules

The commission may receive donations, bequests, grants, and philanthropic funding, subject to such conditions or restrictions as the executive director of the commission may deem advisable, and subject to the approval of the Director of Finance as provided in Section 11005 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 51, Sec. 25. (SB 75) Effective July 1, 2019.)
