§ 41919 Driver Training School Contracts

No approved private driver training school may enter into a contract pursuant to this article unless it has, at the time of entering into the contract, been operating in the State of California for at least 24 consecutive months. A contracting approved private driver training school shall provide instruction pursuant to one of the plans authorized pursuant to Section 51852. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
