§ 38090 School Cafeteria Fund Deposits

Money received for the sale of food or for any services performed by the cafeterias may be paid into the county treasury to the credit of the “cafeteria fund” of the particular school district. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
