§ 37615 Continuous School Program Restrictions

• •If a school stops a year-round school program that kids had to join, they can't start another one like it for at least two years.

• •The school board has to follow this rule if they stop the program or if the state tells them to stop it.

A school makes all kids go to school all year long with no long summer break. Then, the school stops this program.

The school can't make kids go to a year-round program again for at least two years after stopping it.
