§ 33535 Commission Member Expense Reimbursement

The members of the commission shall serve without compensation, except that they shall receive their actual and necessary travel expenses in attending meetings of the commission and in attending meetings of any committee or subcommittee of the commission of which they are members. Expenses of the commission shall be paid out of appropriations made to the Superintendent of Public Instruction or the Department of Education. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
