§ 26105 Cash Balance Annuity Reserve

“Annuitant Reserve” means the reserve account established by the board within the State Teachers’ Retirement Fund for the payment of monthly annuities with respect to the Cash Balance Benefit Program. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 1048, Sec. 15. Effective January 1, 1999.)
