§ 221 Religious School Exemption

• •If following the rule goes against the school's religious beliefs, they don’t have to follow it.
• •This is only for schools, not other places.

A Catholic school does not allow girls to wear pants, even though other schools do.

If the school’s religion says girls must wear skirts, they can keep that rule even if other schools let girls wear pants.
