§ 22007 Member Benefit Obligations

The obligations of any member, or the member’s beneficiaries, to this system and the Defined Benefit Program continue throughout membership, and thereafter until all of the obligations of this system and the Defined Benefit Program to or in respect to the member or the member’s beneficiaries have been discharged. (Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 939, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2000.)
