§ 19407 Multi-County Library District Formation

No library district including territory in more than one county shall be organized under this chapter without the concurrent consent by resolution of each board of supervisors involved, as well as the consent of the governing body of each city to be included. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
