§ 19109 County Library Contracts Taxes

The board of supervisors of any county may enter into a contract with the board of supervisors of another county in which a county free library has been established, and may levy a library tax, for the purpose of carrying out the contract. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
