Key Takeaways

  • •They can pay little by little as the work gets done.
  • •They can also pay for stuff like bricks or wood even if it's just sitting there, not used yet.

Example

A school is building a new playground.

The school board can pay the builder some money after they finish the slides, then more after the swings are done. They can also pay for the wood and paint even if it's just sitting in the school yard, waiting to be used.
