§ 16726 Urban School Construction Funds

An urban school construction fund is hereby created in the county treasury in each county for each school district in the county. The county treasurer of each county shall pay into the urban school construction fund of each school district, exactly as apportioned by the board, all moneys received by him or her under this chapter with respect to each school district. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
