§ 16570 School District Apportionment Repayment

Each school district to which an apportionment is made under this chapter shall repay the principal amount of the apportionment in the manner prescribed by this article. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
