§ 15745 School Building Fund Management

A public school building fund is hereby created in the county treasury in each county for each school district in the county. The county treasurer of each county shall pay into the public school building fund of each district, exactly as apportioned by the board, all moneys received by him or her under this chapter with respect to that district. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
