§ 14052 Publication Definitions And Review

The State Board of Education shall establish definitions for publications, and each county superintendent of schools, upon making any publication shall transmit a copy thereof to the State Board of Education. In evaluating and analyzing justification documents, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall be advised by an advisory committee composed of county superintendents of schools, which committee the Superintendent of Public Instruction is hereby authorized to appoint.
