§ 1003 County Board Size Changes

When a county committee on school district organization proposes to reduce from seven to five or increase from five to seven the number of members of the county board of education, the county committee shall call and conduct a hearing on the matter. At the conclusion of the hearing, the county committee shall, by resolution, approve or disapprove the proposal. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
