§ 8910 Foreign Corporation Compliance Rules

Foreign corporations transacting intrastate business shall comply with Chapter 21 (commencing with Section 2100) of Division 1, except as to matters specifically otherwise provided for in this part and except that Section 2115 shall not be applicable. (Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 187, Sec. 9. Effective January 1, 1998.)
