§ 31112 Application Amendment Verification

• •If you want to apply for or change something under this law, you must sign and verify the paperwork.
• •The person signing must be the franchisor or subfranchisor (the main boss or a local boss).
• •The way you verify the paperwork is the same as how you would verify legal documents in court.

If you own a fast-food franchise and want to make changes to your contract with the main company.

You must sign and verify the changes yourself (as the franchisor) or have your local manager (subfranchisor) do it. The verification must follow the same rules as signing legal papers in court.
