§ 7826 Board Advisory Committees

The board may establish one or more technical advisory committees to advise and assist the board with respect to the following: (a) Application review and verification for any level of registration, licensure, authority, or title. (b) Evaluation and investigation of potential violations of this chapter. (c) Amendment, repeal, adoption, or revision of board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. (Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 432, Sec. 25. (SB 944) Effective January 1, 2012.)
