§ 7639 Hydrolysis Facility Licensing

A corporation, partnership, or natural person may operate, establish, or maintain a hydrolysis facility with a valid hydrolysis facility license issued by the bureau. (Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 846, Sec. 4. (AB 967) Effective January 1, 2018. Section operative July 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 7639.19.)
