§ 7518 License Hearing Procedures

Where a hearing is held under this chapter to determine whether an application for a license should be granted or to determine the qualifications of a licensee’s qualified manager, the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the director shall have all of the powers granted therein. (Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 569, Sec. 7. (SB 559) Effective January 1, 2018.)
