§ 7354 Mobile Unit Licensing Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •A 'mobile unit' is like a tiny office or workspace on wheels that can move around.
  • •It has to be fully enclosed and able to stand on its own.
  • •It must have a special license to do the job it's made for.
  • •It has to follow all the health and safety rules set by the board.

Example

Imagine a food truck that sells tacos. It has everything inside to make and sell food, it can drive to different places, and it has a special permit to sell food.

This food truck is a 'mobile unit' because it's like a tiny restaurant on wheels. It has to follow all the rules about keeping food safe and clean, just like a regular restaurant.
