§ 7083 Licensee Information Update Requirements

Key Takeaways

  • •If you have a license, you must tell the registrar within 90 days if anything changes, like your business address or name.
  • •If you don’t tell them within 90 days, the change only starts when they get your letter.
  • •If you forget to tell them, you could get in trouble.

Example

You move your business to a new address but forget to tell the registrar for 6 months.

The new address won’t be official until you send the letter. You might also get punished for being late.
