§ 7029 Joint Venture License Requirements

• •A joint venture license lets different groups (like companies or people) work together on a project if they all have their own valid licenses.
• •The license can be for any type of work that at least one of the groups is already licensed to do.
• •If any member of the group loses their license or it expires, the joint venture license is automatically paused until they fix it.

Two construction companies team up to build a big project. Both have their own licenses to build houses.

They can get a joint venture license to work together on the project. But if one company’s license expires, their joint license gets paused until that company renews its license.
