§ 6582 Licensee Violation Proceedings

Key Takeaways

  • •If someone breaks the rules of this law, the case will be handled like other government rule-breaking cases.
  • •The Attorney General’s office is in charge of these cases, not regular police.
  • •The group that made the rules (the bureau) has the power to enforce them.

Example

A doctor breaks a rule about how they should treat patients.

The case won’t go to regular court. Instead, the Attorney General’s office will handle it, and the medical board (the bureau) will use their powers to decide what happens.
