§ 4156 Pharmacy Corporation Professional Conduct

Key Takeaways

  • •A pharmacy company must follow all the rules that regular pharmacists follow.
  • •If a pharmacy company does something wrong that a regular pharmacist wouldn't do, it's breaking the law.
  • •The pharmacy company has to act like a responsible pharmacist at all times.

Example

A pharmacy sells medicine to someone without checking if it's safe for them.

This is breaking the law because a regular pharmacist would check first. The pharmacy company has to follow the same rules.
