§ 3754 License Discipline Authority

The board may deny an application for, or issue with terms and conditions, or suspend or revoke, or impose probationary conditions upon, a license in any decision made after a hearing, as provided in Section 3753. (Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1274, Sec. 21.5. Effective January 1, 1995.)
