§ 3731 Respiratory Care Practitioner Titles

• •If you have a license as a respiratory care practitioner, you can only call yourself a 'respiratory care practitioner' or use the letters 'RCP'.
• •You cannot use the word 'doctor' or 'Dr.' or anything that makes people think you are a medical doctor.
• •You can only use 'M.D.' if you are also licensed as a medical doctor in this state.
