§ 3542 Physician Assistant Conduct Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •A physician assistant corporation must follow all the rules that regular doctors follow.
  • •If they break these rules, it's called 'unprofessional conduct' and they can get in trouble.
  • •They have to keep following these rules even if the rules change later.

Example

A physician assistant corporation doesn't keep patient records private.

This is breaking the rules just like a regular doctor would if they did the same thing. They can get in trouble for this.
