§ 3534 Impaired Physician Assistant Rehabilitation

  • •The law helps doctor assistants who have problems with drugs or alcohol.
  • •They get treatment instead of punishment so they can work safely again.
  • •The goal is to keep patients safe while helping the assistants get better.
