§ 306 Director Personnel Authority

The director, in accordance with the State Civil Service Act, may appoint and fix the compensation of such clerical or other personnel as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. All such personnel shall perform their respective duties under the supervision and the direction of the director. (Added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1394.)
