§ 3019 Licensing And Prosecution Records

Key Takeaways

  • •The board writes down every time someone breaks the rules in this chapter.
  • •The board also writes down every time someone applies to get a license or take a test.
  • •They keep these records to keep track of everything.

Example

If someone tries to get a driver's license but fails the test, the board writes it down.

The board keeps a record of this failed attempt, just like they record all other license applications and rule-breaking.
