§ 2970 Chapter Violation Penalties

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000), or by both. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 12. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
